What the entry plans do not include: Free and Starter have no competitor tracking, no AI content generation, no prompt library, and no Google Maps grounding. Free and Starter stop at the monthly probe cap rather than billing overage. Scans run when you start them, or weekly or monthly if you schedule a business; there is no continuous monitoring on any plan.

What is the difference between the plans?
Plans differ by volume and capability. Free and Starter cover a single brand getting started. Pro unlocks AI content generation and the auto-sync loop and is the lowest tier that tracks two separate locations. Business adds the prompt library and 5 team members. Scale adds API access, white-label branding, and 10 team members. Enterprise adds dedicated support, 25 team members, and the highest capacity.
How many prompts and engines does one scan use?
Prompts per scan are 5 on Free, 10 on Starter, and 20 on Pro, Business, Scale, and Enterprise. Engines per scan are 2 on Free, 3 on Starter, 4 on Pro, 5 on Business, and 6 on Scale and Enterprise. Scans per month are 1, 2, 4, 6, 10, and 15 across the same order of plans.
Which AI engines can a scan select from?
Ninar AI integrates with 11 AI engines: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek, Microsoft Copilot, Meta AI, Le Chat by Mistral, Google AI Overviews, and Google AI Mode. Each plan selects between 2 and 6 of them per scan, and each engine is scored separately rather than averaged into one number.
What is a probe and what is the probe cap?
A probe is one prompt sent to one engine. A scan of 20 prompts across 4 engines uses 80 probes. Monthly probe budgets are Free 50 · Starter 200 · Pro 500 · Business 1,200 · Scale 2,400 · Enterprise 5,000. Free, Starter, Pro, and Business stop at the cap until the next cycle. Scale and Enterprise allow overage at $0.05 and $0.04 per probe, billed at month end.
How many locations and businesses can one account track?
Locations per account are 1 on Free and Starter, 2 on Pro, 3 on Business, 5 on Scale, and 8 on Enterprise. Separate businesses are 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10 across the same order. Each location is scanned and stored separately, so a result in one market is never averaged into another.
Does Ninar AI offer a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan costs $0 per month and requires no credit card. It includes 1 business, 1 scan per month, 5 prompts per scan across 2 AI engines, 50 probes per month, 1 GEO check, and 2 AEO pages.
What can I export, and does Ninar AI integrate with my stack?
Ninar AI publishes to WordPress and to Ninar-hosted pages, and exports HTML, WordPress-ready HTML, email HTML, JSON-LD schema, and CSV for contacts, leads, visitor analytics, and AI response transcripts. Reports open as a branded printable page that saves to PDF from the browser. There is no native connector for Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Zapier, or Looker Studio; those read Ninar AI data through the REST API on Scale and Enterprise, or through MCP.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
You are notified as you approach the cap. On Free, Starter, Pro, and Business, reaching the cap pauses Autopilot and scans until the next cycle, and upgrading resumes them immediately. On Scale and Enterprise, overage probes bill automatically at $0.05 and $0.04 per probe with no interruption.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged the prorated difference. Downgrades apply a credit to the next billing cycle. There is no contract or cancellation fee.
How do social media accounts work?
Each business gets one account per platform across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. A Business plan with 3 businesses therefore connects 3 of each. Additional accounts are available on request at hello@ninar.ai.
